Management Board
At the head of the fourth-generation Schmidt + Clemens company group is managing partner Jan Schmidt-Krayer, who shares this role with Dr. Henning Kreisel.
History
Founded as a steel trading company in Frankfurt am Main in 1879, the Schmidt + Clemens Group can look back at over 130 years of corporate history marked by notable continuity and lack of stagnation. Today, the company group operates on a global scale.
Schmidt + Clemens Group 2010
The financial year 2010 was a solid year for the company group. Today, Schmidt + Clemens manufactures at seven sites and is 100% family-owned.
Turnover S+C Group
Turnover increased slightly to € 233 million, thus falling short of expectations. Nonetheless, turnover in 2010 did match the level of the boom years 2006 and 2007.
