Material solutions that separate you from the rest

Abstract of the online-seminar

Decanter centrifuges are used for a large variety of separation processes in the process industry and food industry.

Materials of construction need to demonstrate corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and structural strength. Components made of various grades of stainless steels and high nickel alloys and manufactured using a variety of foundry processes are most widely used for these demanding applications.

This webinar shall provide an overview on the metallurgy and functional properties that can be achieved using the casting processes and provide material selection guideline and reliability enhancing solutions to component designers.
